About Rosie

All too often do I hear someone say that they are just getting old and those aches and pains are a normal part of that or that they have a “bad” knee and were told to stop doing their favorite activity.

Let me give you hope!

Over the years I have had many personal experiences of injuries and learning to get back on track. During my nearly 15 years in practice as movement educator, I have had many clients who’d given up hope only to help them get back to their favorite activities.

I know how helpful and valuable it is to have someone on your side who guides you, challenges you, inspires you, reassures you, and believes in you.

Let me be your teacher, your guide, your facilitator, your cheerleader.

Let me give you the confidence, the skills, the know-how, the trust in yourself. Let me remind you of the joy of movement and the joy of living life to the fullest.
