Every body is unique in how it moves even though we are all – in essence – built with the same bones and muscles etc.
I take pride in listening to you, tuning into what your body needs and adjusting my approach to what feels most comfortable to you and provides you with lasting results.

Having always been very active (Pilates, Yoga, gyrotonics, weight training, swimming, running, cycling, spinning, tennis, volleyball, muay thai, etc) and an expert multi-tasker with a busy schedule, I know what it takes to deal with tension, recover from injuries, and to keep moving with ease.

Rosie is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and how to help clients feel better. I once came to her after hurting my elbow doing pushups incorrectly. Not only did she squeeze me into her schedule, but her skills allowed me to leave feeling much better and able to perform 10 hours of work the next day.
