As your bodyworker and Pilates Instructor, using touch and movement, I can help you understand your body, translate what’s being said and re-establish communication. To address aches, pains, injuries, limitations in how your body moves, you need to understand the problem – the cause, and not just the symptoms – to address it and resolve it successfully.
